Subject to applicable law, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund terms for paid orders and credits are set out in our Refund Policy. In case of conflict between a short summary elsewhere on the site and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails.
9. Guarantee
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING, COMPFILINGS AND NIVIVERSE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
